Grain Free Dinner Ideas: 4 Cheese Spaghetti Squash Creamy Pasta

My kids are not 100% Grain Free even though I am. Its just not always possible raising tiny humans in this busy life  with school snacks, play dates, birthday parties, chick fil a temptations etc. If you have a child with a grain allergy that requires a grain free diet like I do, I FEEL FOR YOU! The benefits of eliminating processed starches from your diet are astounding and can help cure a bucket load of auto immune diseases. I do really try however to make our meals grain free, and wheat free at home. I don't want to be pumping any extra starch into my kids than is not necessary. It has been a learning curve but I am finally coming into a plethera of grain free recipes that are also healthy kid friendly dinners. I will be sharing 1-2 of these recipes a month on The Bejuled Life Cooking Show so I want to make sure you subscribe  and I am going to try to keep them simple for you busy moms out there. It aint easy. Im a huge advocate for prepping ahead of time ( Like maybe cutting and chopping in the morning while making breakfast!) and I am also a huge advocate of cooking with your kids when you are prepared. Getting your kids in the kitchen breeds healthier choices and a greater knowledge of the food around us . Lets work on this together and be apart of the #Foodrevolution ! Tag your photos #thecrumblycrew so I can see your sweet babies cooking with us! xoxo Katelyn

The Bejuled Life Cooking Show started as a way for me to teach my Juliette how to start making healthier choices. I wanted her to have a better understanding of the food she was putting into her mouth and how fun it can be to cook and make healthy choices. I am on a personal quest for kid friendly recipes that help breed a food revolution in our home that hopefully translates beyond. I also have my picky eaters so I understand its not all rainbows and smiles. Let me know what you think of our recipes, share yours with me! Whats your favorite easy healthy dinner idea s?
